Now that Jill has been rescued by Carlos, she need to make her way to Kite Bros Railway, but before she can activate it the power at the sub station needs to be back online.

With the power back on Nemesis enters the scene and chases down Jill yet again. She leaves Carlos behind at the underground railway and escapes Nemesis making her way into the sewers where she loses contact with Carlos on the radio.
