Ok what the shotgun tweak is, is when you aim with the shotgun instead of holding up so Jill aims directly up, just tap the up button on the D-pad and shoot and 9/10 you will get a headshot even if the zombie is on the other side of the screen. This handy trick is helpful on Hard Mode( I said Normal in the video opps) and also when playing Operation Mad Jackel Minigame as Mickial.
