I played this demo for the first time thats why there was stuttering as I didn't know what to expect graphically. there was additional settings for graphics ,gore and physics which was not there in previous RE Engine based games.
also mind my aiming as I forgot to turn off the motion blur which made the whole experience dizzy for me. but as the title suggested it was first time so I wanted to keep the settings intact as detected by game engine for my GPU.
