You will have to get the S rank on all 12 stages of the shooting range. You can find a total of 5 shooting ranges next to merchants throughout the game, starting in Chapter 3. The final one can be found in Chapter 15. Each shooting range adds 3 more challenges except the last one which doesn't add new challenges and only lets you replay old ones. Missing one shooting range doesn't matter, since the next one will have the previous challenges as well. Technically you can do all of them in a row at the final shooting range in Chapter 15 if you ignored them until then.
After finishing a challenge once, you will be able to see the requirement to unlock the Bonus Round of the challenge. Do this bonus objective, then during the Bonus Round you can gain more than enough points to secure an S rank. You can use the Tokens in the vending machine at the shooting range to unlock Charms for your suitcase, they give little bonuses like running faster or getting a discount at the merchant.

Resident Evil 4 Remake has 180 Collectibles Locations and (16 Clockwork Castellans, 104 Treasures - 39 Village, 41 Castle, 24 Island, 19 Merchant Requests, 29 Weapons, 7 Weapon Parts, 5 Crafting Recipes). This video also includes Key Items, Chapter-specific Trophies, and Merchant Request Items such as Medallions which adds another 113 Collectibles and brings the total amount to 293.
Finding all of them unlocks the following Trophies & Achievements:
- Revolution Wind-Up (Destroy all 16 Clockwork Castellans)
- Bandit (Find all 39 Village Treasures)
- Raider (Find all 41 Castle Treasures)
- Burglar (Find all 24 Island Treasures)
- Jack of All Trades (Complete all 19 Requests for the Merchant)
- Gun Fanatic (Obtain all 29 Weapons)
