To do this you have to first of all glitch open the door from other side, then you gotta shimmy to the wall without triggering autosave, clip through the wall, drop down and you get a free lift :)

If you fail the autosave you have to run all the way to the other side of the map, glitch through door with sniper again as getting close to the wall is impossible without it
