You can put the difficulty on amateur since it wont effect how much skill points you get from your enemies.

- Select Campaign
- Select Ada Wong story
- Go to Chapter Select and select chapter 2-3 Underground Lab

At start of next mission press start and end the mission and repeat.

You will earn 24500-24900 skill points each run.

Note: Not sure if you can select chapters on your first playthrough since I forgot if you have to beat the game to have this option.
