Resident Evil 6!!! Part 2
2Resident Evil 6 is the ninth video game installment in the Resident Evil series. The official reveal trailer was released on Capcom's YouTube channel on January 29, 2012, with the release date set to November 20, 2012. However, the Captivate 2012 trailer showed a different release date, being October 2, 2012; the game ultimately released on the latter date worldwide, and on October 4 in Japan.
As of the release of the Japanese version, the game has shipped 4.5 million copies worldwide with the title reaching 676,585 sales in Japan in its first week, surpassing the first week sales of 398,747 of Resident Evil 5.
