Stabilizers are one time use items that increase Ethan’s dexterity, making him reload guns faster and aim a little steadier. You’ve encountered one of these before, most likely – the most obvious instance being that the stabilizer is one of the upgrade items available via the cages in the trailer.

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard is a survival horror video game developed and published by Capcom. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with the PlayStation 4 version having support for the PlayStation VR headset. It is the eleventh entry into the Resident Evil series, and the first main series installment to be played from a first-person perspective. It was released worldwide in January 2017.
The player controls the protagonist, Ethan, from a first-person perspective. As with previous Resident Evil games, the player has access to a variety of weapons including pistols, shotguns, axes, flamethrowers, explosives and chainsaws in the fight against enemies described as mutant creatures. However, the game was described as being less action-oriented according to developers.
