Well it looks like my peaceful exploration of the Old House is over... Dealing with Marguerite isn't so bad though, you can run away pretty easily
Marguerite 1 @ 12:40 - She doesn't like fire... so do that.
Marguerite 2 @ 26:25 - This is one of the longer fights in the entire game and will take a pile of ammo. I think the key is to get her into the stun state and shoot her weak spot, but not with fire. The burner can get her stunned, but its damage output is super low.
After all that, there's some more scares and the plot moves onward!
