Very interesting information has popped up with a new guidebook for one of the latest Samurai Edge "toy guns" in which some explanation behind the lore of Not A Hero, Blue Umbrella and it's goals/research come to light, the guide is in Japanese/Chinese and I only had rough translations, apologies if anything is wrong!
