Use the Halberd on the door near the save room (0:35) and Chris will head to the Antarctic Base. In the next save room, use the Halberd again to get the Paper Weight (5:30).
Grab the Octa Valve handle which Claire used to shut off the gas (8:30). You will be attacked by zombies when you try to leave. Use the valve in the Power Room to connect the socket and activate the power supply (17:00).
Removing the Blue Jewel from the tiger statue will give you the Socket for the Valve (20:55).
At the terminal where Alexia was frozen in, the code for the computer is AA, Crown, Heart & Spade (23:58). Put in the Paper Weight to get Alfred's Jewel.
Use the Square Valve Handle to drain the tank and get the Crane Key (34:50). You can refill the Fire Extinguisher in this room. Take the elevator down and use the Fire Extinguisher to get the Magnum. Use the Crane Key to lift Alexander from the ice and face the Giant Black Widow boss fight (38:50).
