Doing a three hour run on Arrange Mode is interesting because the timer at the end is heavily affected by how lucky you are with critical hits. Without popping the Zombie heads, fights take longer, and more ammo is wasted. I actually recorded a separate run with a slightly worse time because I was extremely unlucky with it.

Another problem for me was that I originally wanted to use my file that I did the no save run playthrough on. The Infinite Magnum was unlocked because I beat it in under five hours. However, what I didn't realize was that this new infinite ammo weapon replaced the original Magnum in the game. Thus, I had to start a new file from scratch. In most games I would just put the special items away and play normally, but you can't do that with this game.
