0Don't underestimate the Hunters in the Underground Tunnels. There are more of them, and they are a lot more unpredictable. They seem to jump around a lot more. They are so fast that they can even slash at you in between Flamethrower puffs.
As for item locations, the Wolf Medal can now be found where the M.O. Disk used to be. Strangely, you find the Lab Key where the Wolf Medal used to be. Maybe it's a backup key the scientists placed there in case they lost the one they already had?
