heck! there is only 2zombies to kill.
even thought it's a big area, but if you know where to go, you will beat it in 10min or less.
there is only 2 puzzles in this game, one of 'em you need a 2 files to solve it
1st) is in Owner's room file name 'Gust list copy', 2nd is in room 101 on bed name 'Hotel charge breakdown'
with this last file you will know the combination in same room... you have to put the short name of the guest... the short names are on the previous file
don't worry! both of files are in your way...
2nd) puzzle is on a room where you use the gold key, very easy to solve...
just push the buttons like down blow

as for the boss:
when you encounter him, she will eat you...
after she throw you, use the shotgun and fire at her 2times, then skip to the corner, then fire at her 2times again, repeat that method 3-4 times, then you will kill her.
you can pass her before she uses her tounge attack and fire at her from behind, as you wish
