Everything has led to this point, the BOW factory under Sheena Island. Children were being kidnapped, some even from Racoon City, and killed for a chemical in their brain. They were inhumanely slaughtered and it seems that a lot of the science personal employed at this island, had moral issues with Umbrella. They were there for the money, but not for the science. Despite our personal feelings about this matter, we recommend that we vet our personal better in the future to ensure that the work is completed without any issues.

The subject also as an idea that he is, in fact, Ark Thompson, and that he was sent to Sheena Island by Leon S. Kennedy after the events in Racoon City. Vincent then caused the outbreak to try and cover up his actions.

We are not approaching the end of the document and we just await the resolution and whether there were any survivors.
