In this chapter, Billy and Rebecca become separated right after powering the cable car, so Rebecca has to take it alone all the way to Umbrella's Factory. There, she briefly reunites with Enrico, but refuses to flee the premises without rescuing Billy. Soon after that, Rebecca has her first terrifying encounter with the Proto-Tyrant, whom she manages to subdue with the aid of her newly acquired Magnum. Taking the elevator to the Treatment Plant, she rescues Billy, and together they explore the premises of the game's final location - including yet another encounter with the Tyrant.
