This is part one of "Responding to William Lane Craig's video" on his video titled "Is Evolution a Theory? | Reasonable Faith Podcast".
In this video, Donny responds to William Lane Craig's arguments from Homology. Donny also presents William Lane Craig, and other theistic evolutionists, with several major challenges for them to answer. If evolutionary theory is indeed a good explanation for the origins of species, theistic evolutionists like WLC should be able to answer the major differences separating humans and chimpanzees. This includes the massive dissimilarity in Y chromosomes between humans and chimpanzees. When you consider overall gene content, architecture, and size differences, the Y chromosomes between humans and chimpanzees is only roughly 35-40% the same! How does WLC account for these massive differences? Theistic evolutionists such as WLC need to explain how large chromosomal rearrangements of significant parts, intense size changes, and the evolution of entire gene families, can occur in just roughly 6 million years since the split. This challenge remains unanswered. Donny has debated many evolutionists, including PhD evolutionary scientists and serious students of common descent, on this topic. There has yet to be presented an empirical answer to this problem that has actually been tested. Stories don't count as answers to this challenge!
