In short: pooling rate of mouse, bottom of mouse, and buttons on the mouse. Those are the most important. Bad sensors can be overcome with lowering sensitivity in games, which most pro gamers do. They all play on 400dpi and low sens, cause that way you eliminate sensor errors and also when lifting the mouse it will move less when your sensitivity is lower so you kill 2 flies by lowering sensitivity: no errors when lifting mice, and no sensor errors.
Rocket Jump Ninja, if you don't believe me, downclock your mice to 125Hz and then change to 1000Hz. See the difference. Cheers.
