Maine Shack- This fast-casual restaurant is the place for lobster rolls in Denver. Owned by two guys from New England they get their meat directly from the source.
Insider Tip- Must try the Lobsterado- Brown butter lobster roll topped with a lobster tail. Expensive but worth it.
