Restless Cabal, consisting of Zaxasj the Speaker and Fa'thuul the Feared is the first raid boss encounter in the Crucible of Storms mini raid of BfA. This Restless Cabal boss guide will show you the Restless Cabal abilities that you'll see in the Normal, Heroic and LFR versions of the Restless Cabal fight. Mythic Restless Cabal has additional mechanics not shown in this Normal and Heroic Restless Cabal guide. Footage of Restless Cabal for this boss guide is from PTR raid testing and sotme mechanics may look different or change when the Crucible of Storms raid releases on live servers starting April 16th. The key to the Restless Cabal boss is triggering the Relic activations intentionally. You must damage down Fa'thuul and Zaxasj separately, and when either reaches 75%, 50% and 25% health they'll activate the relic nearest to them. Be careful not to push both bosses at the same time, but you must in the end kill them within 20 seconds of each other or else they'll cast a 20% heal. Each boss must activate each relic once (doubling up will give them a 300% buff!). Also, don't leave the platform. When a boss activates a relic, while dealing with the relic empowerment you must also manage a dangerous set of adds that the activating Restless Cabal member will spawn.
Heroic Restless Cabal gets upgrades to Aphotic Blast, Promises of Power and Witness the End. They don't change how the mechanics are handled, but rather make it more punishing to do them sloppily or incorrectly.
