New Cycle is a post-apocalyptic city builder and inventory management game that takes place after a devastating solar flare nearly extinguished all signs of life on earth.

You will start with a very basic technology like if it's the medieval age, and slowly unlock new buildings and tech that will allow to provide citizens with better living conditions, therefore a higher morale.

The main challenges of this game are the disastrous climatic events which vary from extreme cold or heat, heavy wind, scarcity of rain... As well as finding long-term alternatives for the depleted resources. The last issue makes me think it's possible to soft-block yourself by extracting all the iron before building a mine, but not sure.
