Here's how to Restore or backup Firefox Bookmarks or Profile on Windows PC.

You can restore or backup Firefox bookmarks or profile in a few ways.

**To restore Firefox bookmarks:**

1. Open Firefox.
2. Click on the **Menu** button (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner of the window.
3. Select **Bookmarks** - **Import and Backup**.
4. Select **Restore**.
5. In the **Restore bookmarks from** dialog box, select the file that contains the bookmarks that you want to restore.
6. Click on the **Open** button.

**To backup Firefox bookmarks:**

1. Open Firefox.
2. Click on the **Menu** button (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner of the window.
3. Select **Bookmarks** - **Import and Backup**.
4. Select **Backup**.
5. In the **Backup bookmarks to** dialog box, select a location to save the bookmarks file.
6. Click on the **Save** button.

**To restore Firefox profile:**

1. Close Firefox.
2. Find the Firefox profile folder. The location of the profile folder varies depending on your operating system:
* Windows: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[random string]
* macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/[random string]
* Linux: ~/.mozilla/firefox/[random string]
3. Copy the profile folder to a safe location.
4. Open Firefox.
5. Click on the **Menu** button (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner of the window.
6. Select **Help** - **Troubleshooting Information**.
7. In the **Troubleshooting Information** tab, click on the **Open Folder** button next to **Profile Folder**.
8. Delete the existing profile folder.
9. Paste the backup profile folder into the location that you found in step 2.
10. Start Firefox.

**Note:** Restoring a Firefox profile will overwrite your current profile. If you have any extensions or add-ons installed, they will be disabled. You will need to re-enable them after restoring the profile.
