Retro-Bit RetroGEN Adapter Genesis to SNES Adapter. Sorry I forgot to mention this works on the SNES, and the RDP (RetroDuo Portable) for sure, might work on other clones not sure though. Here's a list of the games I've tested it with compatibility is surprisingly good by the way.

So here are my final thoughts:
Pros:
- Cheap alternative to a real Genesis
- Great Sound & Video quality
- Great compatibility
Cons:
- No MODE Button support for games that need it (Golden axe 2 and any others that don't like 6-button controllers
- Button Layout is awkward and clunky
- You have to take out the adapter to switch regions. Basically I think they should have put the switch higher up om the unit (like the game genie code switch on/off)
So overall I'd say if you don't have a Genesis then pick this up it does quite a nice job playing games, but if you have a Genesis already stick with original hardware.
