I love it. Everything is perfect. Even the pay to win stuff isnt much and not in your face. One request though: we have defensive players, but we never see our team play defense, just get a quick recap. It would be cool if we could at least watch the plays, or even control something, when our team is defense. To combat the extra time on the timer going down due to this, you could also extend the length of each quarter by a bit. Just a thought.

Retro Bowl is a very fun and enjoyable game to play. Whenever you're on the road and don't have wifi, this game is right for you. Retro Bowl feels like a classic game on an old school console (I got to experience playing tecmo bowl on the nintendo switch, because of an online membership). This game feels exactly like it. I recommend you download this game

Basically, you own a football team of your choice and have to manage it. You can draft players every season, and sign new players or coaches. You manage team morale, fans, and the game's currency. That sounds complicated but it's really not. During games it simulates defense but you play as the quarterback during offense and whoever you throw the ball to you can now control to an extent. There's no ads except for the occasional pop-up advertising their other game.

Pretty much perfect. The only 2 issues I have is not being able to FULLY edit players. I would also like to be able to at least WATCH the defensive plays. If defense IS added it can be as simple as this ... Select your play as in. Balanced. Pass defense. Run defense. And blitz (with options on how many to blitz) idk why that's not implemented but hopefully in the future. Games could be 5 min qts to compensate.

This game has the best graphics I have ever seen for a football game. I play on an Ipad, and it's hard to find good football games that aren't glitchy, like Madden is super Glitchy on ipad and this game meets all the standereds. The only problem with retro bowl is the defence rating. In the draft pick, I picked all defence players that were 4 stars and avove, and my defensive overall rating is 2 stars. Please fix that.

Great game, love the old school graphics style and gameplay. I really love how I can be the GM of a team AND play the games as well. The controls are smooth, and the dynamic difficulty is good. I really enjoy the realism between the morale and condition of players, and the progression through the game. Only thing I would change is the trading system, maybe make it more advanced, or having a little bit of influence on defense, like run plays. Great game though by a great dev team, good work! Epic

Very well made game it's really similar to the NES game from the 80s titled tecmo bowl except there are some differences in this game. But the main difference is you can manage your team and stuff. There are 0 advertisements in here and the only in-app purchase is the premium version which only gives you a few optional settings. All in all very good game wish we could play defence tho and have actual NFL players.

I love everything about this game. It is my favorite mobile game I've ever played. This game has no ADS whatsoever. 3 things that would be nice. 1. I wish you could pass the ball behind you to another player because if you catch the ball you just have to run. 2. I think they should add a game mode were you can play defence because you have to run like I said, so defence would be nice. 3. You should be able to turn like in football were you know how they 360 to jinx a player. The game is great.

One of the best mobile games I've ever played. However, I have a few recommendations, one you should be able to play defense, second there should be two team screens, one for offense and one for defense, and finally, but only if you do the second one, have seven draft rounds. This should be a 5 star except for these reason. Another thing that I think would be cool is adding multiplayer/online.
