Retro Gaming Content Leads to a Dead End on It's Own
Early on when I was thinking about the kinds of content I want to make on Youtube, I strongly considered Retro gaming and talking about all the things I loved as a kid. While I'm passionate about the games I love, that content creation path only leads to a dead end in my opinion. There's only so much space for a niche built on nostalgia and memory and at a certain point you run out of room for growth. I'm glad I didn't go down that route and boxed myself and kept to my variety and future looking stance, even if it has made growth harder.
