To begin, you must configure your computer to boot from USB. You can learn how to do this by searching on Google.

The computer then boots from the external hard drive and the batocera system begins.

Now I have to go to Kodi and look at the settings to see which HDMI was used for audio, then I have to go back to Batocera and select the same HDMI for audio in the settings.

I am using here xbox 360 controller and you can use any usb controller compatible with pc

We'll try some arcade games that are difficult to emulate on cheap game boxes.
Here is Tekken Tag running very well .
And here is a killer instinct which was unplayable on other cheap boxes.
Mortal Kombat 3 also works great

The other old-school 2D arcade games work just fine.

8 bit and 16 bit games run perfectly without any issues , they usually run great on old computers.


Sega cd games run perfectly.

The video quality on the Sega CD version of Mad Dog McCree is terrible, and that's because of the system itself. However, the game itself works fine.

And here I am trying the Turbografx CD, which works properly.

Neo geo games work great .
Also neo geo CD games work perfectly

Sammy atomiswave works perfectly
Also sega naomi arcade works great


Now for the PlayStation One games, they all work remarkably well in full HD.

Nintendo 64 games work wonderfully.

And now for the dreamcast. All of the games I tried ran perfectly in full HD.

Zombie Revenge : sega
Crazy taxi 2 : sega

3DO games work fine
Captain Quazar: 3DO

Night trap : Digital Pictures

Mad dog 2 didn't work . I'm not sure if the issue is with the rom or the emulator.

PSP games can now run at 3x or 4x resolution without issue.

OutRun 2006: Coast 2 Coast sega
Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection : Namco

I'm currently testing outrun on a psp 3x resolution, and it works really well.

And here is the Sega Saturn. All of the games I tested worked flawlessly, including the 3D games.

Die Hard Arcade was slow on Android game boxes, but it runs at full speed here.

Virtua Cop does the same and works well.

This is my first attempt at emulating an Atari Jaguar. Some 3D games do not work or work on half screen, as seen with Doom, but the majority of games work fine.


Now it's time for ps2 games
2D games like metal slug 6 run fine without any issues
Also contra works great

Clock tower 3 works fine

Castlevania seems to work fine, but there is a delay in the audio.

As you can see, there are some graphical lags in the level of Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex, making it unplayable .

Overall it depends on hardware. If my PC was more powerful, these games might work perfectly.

This hard drive contains one wii u game and one ps3 game, but my PC is not powerful enough to run them; when I select a game, the system freezes.

Now For Nintendo gameCube
The majority of games I've tested run well on 2X resolution, which is visually superior to the original console's resolution. Some games, like F-Zero, have glitches, but still playable.
Finally Nintendo Wii
Unfortunately, there are two Nintendo Wii games on this hard drive.
New Super Mario Bros. works flawlessly, but this game can be played on any cheap PC.

Mario Party also works well, but it requires a Wiimote to play.

Let's talk about the good and bad things I think about this Hard drive.
Pros:
It turns any computer into a plug-and-play emulation system with a beautiful user interface.
It works separately from your Windows system, so your personal files won't be at risk if it has infected files.
PCs are more powerful than most Android boxes, so even a cheap PC may work better and support more systems.

Cons:
You need to do some configuration at first time like change your boot drive and audio. This may be difficult for some users.
Many of the roms are in Japanese or French, and some of them didn't work.
There are no 3DS and switch games !
These emulators already work on the Batocera system, but it appears that the hard drive has an old build that does not include 3DS or Nintendo Switch games.
