Retroarch easy srm save file disc changing fix

7Step 1 create a save state right when you're bout to save at end of disc
then move that to the next disc folder
rename the save state so that its the same as the next disc
load the save state with that disc
save the game on at least 4 blocks to be safe
restart the game and you should be good to go
