72In this video we unbox the nespi 4 case for the pi 4. as you know I did a video on this a week ago. this is overall a great case and I had to have it. By default you need an image on a sd card and you can save your games on the sata cartridge. however the default setup wont allow you to do that but in this video I show you how to boot from ssd. please read the description

The line you want to add to the end of /boot/cmdline.txt on the same line.
usb-storage.quirks=152d:0562:u
Instructions:
1) Use the command lsusb to get the idVendor and idProduct. Everyone with this case should see "152d" as the idVendor.
Example:
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 152d:0562 JMicron Technology Corp. / JMicron USA Technology Corp.
2)Now Append to /boot/cmdline.txt the following to disable UASP support: usb storage.quirks=152d:0562:u
And add it to the end of the line.
3) Reboot to confirm the changes:
dmesg | grep -i blacklisted
[ 2.568235] usb 2-1: UAS is blacklisted for this device, using usb-storage instead
OR look for "usb-storage" instead of "uas" with the lsusb comment:
# lsusb -t
/: Bus 02.Port 1: Dev 1, Class=root_hub, Driver=xhci_hcd/4p, 5000M
|__ Port 1: Dev 2, If 0, Class=Mass Storage, Driver=usb-storage, 5000M
