One little ball, one royalty free song. and a dream. RetroMaze is a game that doesn't ask much from you, and makes you think you are thinking without so much as a critical thought. Much as the Steam description says, it's a maze game with 30 levels. I've played enough shovelware to say 30 is the magic number to qualify for achievements, and achieve it does. You get an achievement for every level you beat. At the end you get a BUNCH of extra achievements for no particular reason, and they tell you to keep it a secret so the Steam quality moderators don't find out - whoops!

Anyway, RetroMaze can be beaten in less than half an hour. It's worth the 25 minutes or so of enjoyment, as well the fifty cents I paid. Perhaps one day some value can be added to it in the form of a timer (for speedruns), random NPCs that you'd have to fight to progress, or some extra levels.
