RetroTINK 5X Pro: Custom Cropping, Scaling, and Updated Game Play!
Table of Contents are Below:
Time to revisit the 5X Pro! With a giant firmware update from RetroTINK and many upgrades and changes with my set up, its the perfect time to see what we can do! I'll go over the big changes this firmware update brings, such as the changes to inputs and output modes, profiles, cropping, and scaling. For all the other changes, check out the deep dive hosted by Mike Chi and RetroRGB with the link below:

Thanks to the staff of Video Game World for allowing me to film on location!!
Other Note: I didn't explain the PS3 Situation. I've got my PS3 fully integrated into my extron system using an HD Retrovision cable. In the first impressions video, I showed PS3 footage with the console set to 1080i. Since then, I prefer the console to be set to 720p. The 5X Pro can then simply convert to digital and act mainly for pass through (set to its 720p Output mode), with the picture quality looking very very good (at the expense of more basic Color Format, see the 5X Pro's Manual for Full Details).
