RetroTINK 5X Pro - Smooth Filter Update - Game Play and Comparisons
The 5X Pro has gotten some updates since my first impressions video, time to see what the new Smooth Filter is all about!
Update 1/26/2021: After spending some time with the latest firmware, I’m happy to say that my issues with scaling have been effectively fixed. The latest firmware allows for custom scaling and cropping, so any problems or issues can now be compensated for by the user. No more overscan, noise, or off center picture issues!
*Performance of game consoles can be further improved by using better cable options, such S-Video in place of Composite, or alternatives such as HD Retrovision or RGB cables for applicable consoles.
