So apparently, post-patch Xrd restores the standing wakeup state that existed in previous GG games.

Basically, there is 1 frame where your character wakes up standing, even if you crouch block. However in Xrd there is a protection against this. If you hold down+back (low guard) you cannot get fuzzy guarded (apparently), but if you held down or down+forward you can get hit overhead. I have to do more tests soon.
