In 1996 a six-part radio drama aired of Return of The Jedi. The script of this radio drama differs from the movie script, and The Emperor's death scene is slightly different, with some additional dialogue.

I personally thought the voices sounded a bit off (particularly Palpatine), but the dialogue was amazing, so I re-made the scene using my own voice for the characters.
