I just watched the teaser for Return to Silent Hill, and I have some mixed feelings. As someone who has spent a lot of time with Silent Hill 2, I am honestly feeling burnt out on the source material. The teaser feels off in terms of pacing, and the heavy use of CGI really pulled me out of the atmosphere I was hoping for.

That said, I will still be watching the film eventually... though with some hesitation. In this video, I share my honest reaction and break down what worked, what did not, and why this adaptation might be a tough sell for longtime fans.
