In this episode, we leave Phineas' lab and head out towards Byzantium. Upon arrival in Byzantium though, we receive a transmission from HPS (Halcyon Parcel Service) about a parcel that is destined for Hawthorne. Before going to open the parcel, we have a chat with Ellie about her background, she asks us if we can go visit her parents in Byzantium.

Opening the parcel, we discover a severed arm along with a recording device that contains a message from a "Lucky Montoya" destined for Alex Hawthorne. Something is going on at a research compound on Gorgon. We travel to Gorgon and head for Ambrose Manor. Upon entering the manor, we find out more about the Ambrose family, including Wilhelmina (Minnie) and her mother, Olivia. We meet Minnie and after a long conversation, she tasks us with finding her mother's journal.

To follow Lucky Montoya's trail, she suggests we go to a little saloon near Gorgon's landing pad called the Sprat Shack. We arrive at the saloon and meet Lex, the bartender, we ask her about Lucky and she says he had rented a room on the third floor.
