How do you know if reused content?
YouTube's reviewers seem to declare content as "reused" if they are unsure that the YouTuber is the person who actually created the content. This can often happen if the YouTuber's presence is not within the video and there is no context in the description text.
I also found the sticky on YouTube's help forum incredibly helpful
/Rewrite Your Channels "About" Section
/Always Check Copyright Tab
/Remake your Channel Cover Photo
/Update your Profile Photo
/Update your video Descriptions
When you're done, Only apply after making these changes.
Wait until 30 days before you reapply.
And Trust me, you will get monetized after that.
