REUSED CONTENT SUSPENSION TWICE in a Day?? Damn! Why Youtube???

I've been suspended with "Reused Content" reason TWICE in a day. Meanwhile all my video in my channel was made by me. I tried to appeal with a bunch of proof sent the first time, it succeeds then one hour later, got struck with same suspension with exact same reason. Even one of your agents already sent me an email that all was resolved, then how come I got the second suspension with the exact same reason as the first one?
