Are the Revelation Founders Packs worth the price? Lets take a look!

This totally went over my head so please forgive me. My thoughts on things being character bound, well I can see the costume and mount being bound to character as thats usually how most preorder items etc are. Redeem on one character. The premium should be for your account though, if its not I would be shocked and it would be the dumbest thing I have ever seen.

The scrolls being character bound is indeed stupid as this game is super alt friendly and people will be playing alts. So no I don't think these packs are P2W but if the majority of the exp gain items and stuff are character bound thats extremely stupid...
and I hope none of you will buy multiple packs just to put on different characters. Let's hope they change this :/" - Cryy
