Reverse: 1999 - Artificial Somnambulism: All Limbo Stages Clear (June 1st-June 16th)
Ah this took way too long. In fact, the next rotation of this has already happened since the 16th and now it's the 17th for me as of this upload. Hopefully I won't be so slow next time, but it isn't to do with the length of this one, just me being slow from a month that could have been better so far!
Anyways, for this video, I decided to go over the whole Limbo section of Artificial Somnambulism that is available on the first half of this month. The last two stages seemed to be identical to the previous instalment with the enemies, but I suppose in terms of the video itself, at least it goes over the whole process instead of the last two. We'll see about next time though, but as for this time...
...firstly, yes, it's that different recording again. I wonder if I'll stick with this for Reverse: 1999 videos, especially for videos on the longer side. I'm sure I'll figure that out though, but maybe I'll stick with the old recording ways with VA videos. ANYWAYS, ABOUT THE VIDEO!
For the Limbo Stages, I won't be covering the early ones here except for 5-1, 5-2 and my mishap with Sotheby's survival...or lack of survival. What I am disappointed about on 5-1 that this isn't my first time, and I may have disappointed a certain awesome doll with a hat who comments on my videos. I do however hope that I managed to make things right with Limbo 6-2, but more on that later. While 5-1 leaned towards the more difficult side, I do think I was a little careless overall and I regret that while steamrolling the early stages, but again, Sotheby in Limbo 6-2 should hopefully make things right! If only Forget Me Not wasn't that much of a pain, but at least Sotheby doesn't need a bodyguard! I'd also like to mention 5-2 which was oddly easy for me, because Ms. NewBabel ended up being frozen during the whole battle which I didn't understand, because it definitely could have been more difficult but eh, it is what it is.
There is also another thing to mention, and that is Yenisei sneakily appearing in half of these clears! Appearing on the Jiu Niangzu banner, I've been trying to go for Jiu, but Yenisei has turned out to be a rather strong healer/shielder despite being a 5 Star Arcanist. I won't spill too much though, because all will be revealed in terms of how I do with that Banner in its dedicated video (hopefully soon because I want Jiu to arrive, or else it will be after her banner finishes), but at least it lasts a long time and I do have quite a few opportunities with it! Anyways, that is the Easter Egg with Yenisei, who I don't know if she is better than Tooth Fairy as another Star Afflatus Arcanist, but given she is 5 Stars instead of 6, I am very pleased with how strong she is for her rarity!
Limbo 6-1 was basically a repeat of the previous Limbo video (https://youtu.be/ande-ZgzqOY) since not only were the enemies the same but also the Afflatus that is strong/weak here. I did of course use a different team here though, and that included Regulus, 37, 6 and now Yenisei! I decided to save both Tooth Fairy and Sotheby for the very last stage, and I did have to do multiple takes here, but eventually managed to pull it off, keeping in mind the riskiness in how someone can get targeted for casting the incantations.
Going about 6-2 was also fairly similar, barring Sotheby coming back from 5-1 and in my determination to complete this with Sotheby on the team, it actually was a little too close for comfort when it came to clearing in 12 turns, as having 2 healers didn't make the offensive side of things shine quite as much, but it was still very satisfying to get done! Sonetto and Eternity's damage (and the former's Support) as well as Tooth Fairy and Sotheby's Healing did the job and I am happy with all of them!
Also, the 1.6 update slightly adjusted how they go about the clear rewards, like the Oneiric Fluids, Clear Drops and Sharpodonties. Probably not a big deal if you can clear it all anyway, but probably helpful for less experienced/newer players.
Now hopefully, the next set of Limbo Stages will come out quicker, whether it's the full Limbo Process or just the 6-1/6-2 Stages!
