It's Relic Okina time, with some interesting Ruins of Memory moments. And yes, insert Okina chair meme here, including Senator Armstrong in the thumbnail!

Whilst dealing with a bit of a Seal Crystal Crisis (as I was trying to get 5 copies of that Sakuya Card), Okina variant number 2 has arrived, which means we now have both L1 and L80 variants of her, but because of Eternity Larva, she isn't the first of the Touhou 16: HSiFS cast to get a non-L1 variant! Anyways, as for this Yin-Based Healer, I think I will say she is better than A16& Eternity, but of course, take that with a grain of salt. L80 Okina has Bind/Stat Debuff Removal on her Skill 1 (2 which can be useful, maybe not as much as it once was but definitely in her DS Stage) and there are at least some team support with Yin ATK (Grazing, Skill 3), Yin DEF (Skill 2, SC1 Pre-ATK, LW Pre-ATK), Barriers (Skill 1, SC1 Post-ATK), Accuracy (Boosting), CRIT ATK (SC2 Pre-ATK), CRIT Accuracy (LW Pre-ATK) and even Spirit Power (Skill 3). There are also some debuffs like Yin DEF debuffing (SC1 Pre-ATK on an enemy), Evasion (SC2 Pre-ATK) and CRIT Evasion (LW Pre-ATK), as well as some bullet line buffs for herself. Teammates, especially Yin ones can benefit from L80 Okina's support, and some of the team support lasts up to 4 turns which is handy.

As for anomalies, it is cool to see L80 Okina be able to inflict 6 Paralyze anomalies off the jump by using Skill 2's and SC2's Pre-ATK with the 3 layers of Paralyze. These are broken via SC1 and SC2, both at 2P, which is solid all things considered. There is the healing from absorbing 3/5 anomalies isn't too notable. Speaking of healing, it also appears fairly frequently in her kit, which, while not important from a survival standpoint, can ensure L80 Okina gets the most out of her Stored Power. I'm not sure if having 8000 base HP compared to L80 Sanae's 6000 HP makes a difference in the damage output, but meh.

Now, for L80 Okina's offensive capabilities, it's decent all things considered. About Stored Power, it's like what L80 Sanae has, but instead of a 20% boost, it's 15%. L80 Okina also has Hard Scaling to work with, starting from 100% on her LW, with her very last line being at 180%. This is fine and all, but that weird Killer distribution on bullet lines in her Last Word isn't. The Killers in question are Parallel Presence, Mastermind (LW), Human, Youkai, Fairy, God, Gensokyo, which as a collective is very strong. However, Last Word Bullet Line 1's Killers include Parallel Presence and Mastermind (LW), which with Line 1 being so important, it is very unfortunate how it turned out. It could just be the whole Back Door theme, but it doesn't always translate to greatness. At least the Killers are more reliable on the other Spell Cards, and maybe L80 Okina is deceptively strong in spite of this? Either way, this does also get supported by the Yin ATK II on LW Pre-ATK, the 30% increase in effective elements, and there is a fair bit of self-sustainability there all things considered!

Another thing to mention is her elements being all over the place (Star, Earth, Metal, Wood, Fire, Water, even 2 lines of Non-Elemental).Maybe the slight LW Line 1 peeve is a weakness too, or it's an annoyance, or both. I'd like to think that at 3P, she can still be strong offensively with all the above factors, but not sure how I'd rank her compared to the other Relics. Maybe somewhere in the middle, and maybe better than L80 Mokou?


Now we have to talk about the Ruins of Memory Story! I will upload the full Story + Stage in Global when the time comes, but this one did seem very connected to the L80 Suwako Ruins of Memory Story, and with what I showed appearing after the Okina showcase, that part actually does appear after clearing the stage, looking forward to the Global RoM video!

But let's not make a certain hashihime too jealous, because yes, a new Parsee variant has been unveiled! Alongside the future Relic Parsee reveal, we definitely have a reason to be envious of Parsee and her fans! We also go on a journey with Mai and Satono in their Fantasy Rebirth costumes which was cool. I'm curious about that in Global, but yeah, was a fun watch imo!
