"Why does one wave turn against the other when both are one with the river?"

Lorelei, a different kind of character in terms of means such as acquisition, lore (can't spell Lorelei without "lore"), her involvement in A Series of Dusks and all the little details that may make her a little unnerving, like how she is all shackled up the way she is. Even the voice sounds like there are some things that are not as it seems. That said, Lorelei of the Rhine does have some wonderful musical capabilities, from singing to playing the conch (seashell horn).

I haven't used Lorelei too much, mainly because I am already more than covered for Star-Afflatus units, however, I did go out of my way to invest in Lorelei all the same, although that meant me not being able to invest in Kakania as quickly. Still, I do think she is on the stronger side of 5 Star units, and if I ever try a non-6 Star team for whatever reason, I'd like to try out Lorelei one day!

Lorelei's Voice Actress, Julia da Silva does a great job at expressing this mysteriousness with Lorelei as a character, adding to the whole "nice character, but something is somewhat off" vibe I get with her as well as with conveying the strings of words Lorelei has to say, such as:
"Just now, I accidentally looked straight into the sun. It... It bit my eyes..."


Her Garment seem fairly similar, but not quite. However, I do like them for what they are. The light colours, the white and light yellow, but also with some buckles and bandages...which add to the ominousness here. The Insight II look actually has another pose, with Lorelei praying, although her hands are tied together which is also rather unsettling and concerning, like what happened to Lorelei and why is she like this? Maybe we will find out more about her in the future if we get any more A Series of Dusks Story, but still, she does have a wonderful Insight II Illustration.

The good boy that is Pickles shall be next! After that, I'm not completely sure, but time may tell!
