Explanation:

An An Lee (AAL) is there for her damage buff. Tooth Fairy (TF) is there for her crit buff. 37 is 37.
You can replace AAL with Leilani even at low level (as long as she's i1) for +1 moxie on turn one, if your 37 is more developed. I was a bit over 1,000 HP short on the boss with Leliani, since I had no damage buff.
You can also try to get lucky with two 2* Incantations for 37 on turn 3, but I don't recommend that.
Examples of having 37 more developed:
Level 60 / Portray 4 / SAA (Silent and Adoring) psychube higher than amp 1. Although if your 37 is at portray 4 your SAA is probably amp 5 anyway.

The strategy for this composition with my character levels, reso and psychubes on turn 3 is:
Have TF apply the debuff on turn 3
Apply AAL's buff (even at 1*) on turn 2
Have 37's ultimate available
Have at least one 2* Triangulation and one 1* Triangulation

My strategy involved changing AAL's resonance to crit, in case I get 2 Triangulations on turn 1 so I can merge them without casting, then cast 37's AOE, and cast AAL's attack skill and hope I get two more 37 cards for 2 more moxie. Otherwise it's tuning, if unlucky - reset. Crit for AAL is important because otherwise you don't deal enough damage to beat the first stage on turn 2.
This run I got lucky with the tuning on turn 2, and 37's 1* Triangulation came in clutch as the last card on round 3.
With my levels and psychube, anything BUT 2* Triangulation followed by 1* Triangulation came in short. I believe I got 2* Triangulation and 1* AOE in one of the attempts, but it left the boss with 84 HP. Guess leveling 37 to about 40 would allow for that as well.
