The graphics cause a double impression, but when they say that it is better in the X3, this is not true and it is technically pointless to argue. X4 is many times superior to previous games with numbers after X: in details, light, reflections, various effects, shadows and textures, but how it looks on the general modern background is another question. However, some moments really hurt the eye and you can’t argue here, such as the background in the form of stars - it’s like a tasteless curtain. In general, I noticed that in space sims they pay attention to anything, but not distant backgrounds, they are always like a dead frozen picture, and most importantly, the depth of outer space is not felt.
