Reviewed: Splatoon
670A new Nintendo IP, and it's doing well. FINALLY! Splatoon is Nintendo's entry into the online 3rd person shooter and brings it's own recipe for success. I'm getting way ahead of myself.
Pros: Great concept, Tight controls, Addictive gameplay, Solid Online, Well thought out Single Player mode, Nice customization with your gear, Post Launch Content is free, Most issues can be fixed with updates.
Cons: Not a lot of stages at the launch, Can't change gear in the same lobby, News reports come up everytime you turn on the game and when they change the stages, Lack of voice chat can make Ranked Battles difficult at times.
Favorite stuff from E3 2015: StarFox Zero, (Also those Muppets), EarthBound Beginnings, Zelda Triforce Heroes, Mario and Luigi Paper Jam, Rare Replay, Xbox1 gets backwards compatibility (wish the PS4 had that), Final Fantasy 7 Remake, The Last Guardian, and the Shenmue 3 Kickstarter (I'm not excited for the game, just happy to hear they care about their fans).
