I've been testing out this team for a no turn boss rotation that heavily relies on Garland's ability to delay with his buff, coupling it with a bunch of launches. It's the first I've ever recorded but will plan to do more to see how far it can go. So far it's been interesting seeing it work out.

To further enhance the ability to aoe delay, Fujin has 2 AA that do that as well as keiss ex. Fujin can also launch enemies once her ex is ready and as long as you keep garland's delay buff alive, you can have infinite amounts of turn delays during launch.

I could have used an Aranea but I think she would easily destroy the stage before I can even try the strat properly since I'm also using Keiss.
