We rebuild the SGI O2 computer from 1996, this time with more focus on the software aspect of what the PC had pre-loaded on it by Ian of SGI Depot.

This content follows-up our SGI Indigo2 Extreme PC build: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_RVnQeWLZI

This SGI O2 was about $17,000 when it was new in '96. SGI had already built a legacy of working with movie studios (like ILM), working with Nintendo, and working with the defense and medical industries. The company's O2 was a high-end workstation that was relatively affordable compared to some of its other offerings, like the Indigo2 Extreme or the Onyx. This O2 came from SGI Depot and was pre-loaded with software, including a Windows 95 virtual machine, Blender, Maya, Quake, and more.
