The game consists of 4 worlds with each world containing 3 stages. It is the first platformer in the Papa Louie series (followed by Papa Louie 2: When Burgers Attack! and Papa Louie 3: When Sundaes Attack!). In the version of the game developed specifically for Kongregate, there are also 36 Kongregate coins that are scattered throughout the stages (each stage has three Kongregate coins). Collecting these coins will unlock the "Gourmet Kongregate Supreme" badge, worth 30 Congregation Points, if the player of this version is a Kongregate user.
