[RFS] The Khara Box Challenge Thingamawhatsit
286So Studio Khara (the animation studio behind Rebuild of Evangelion) are looking for jobs, and they released their recruitment criteria/challenge the other day: Animate a character climbing Box A and jumping to Box B within 10 seconds and 10 cuts.
I'm not looking for a job (especially not a job where everything is written and spoken in Japanese), but I thought that this would be a fun little training exercise. I got to practice doing running cycles (which I'm not too good at), cinematography (dropping all the animu wide angles and slow motion and such), importing maps from Hammer into SFM, and giving the Soldier fire fists.
Don't ask about that last one. It was a cool idea, okay.
