So the first of many to come LED things I have or am ordering off ebay. This is an E-27 type screw in bulb which is the standard in the USA. The bulb is of course rated at 120 volts AC @ 60Hz but it may be usable on higher voltages, I could not see the label on the mains cap inside to verify this and I really didn't want to go into destroying this bulb either..
