Maxing stats is straight forward in Rhapsody 3 compared to Disgaea, but it requires a large amount of preparation starting from the very first moment of the game. Elemental values increase the stats gained upon level up, so the higher the value the more stats you gain each time you level up.
In this game I created 12 lvl 1 slimes with +4 to all elements in Act 1 while Cornet was still lvl 1. This allowed me to reach the final chest in Act 6 containing the Chakra with every story character and Knight Spawn at either lvl 1 or whichever starting level they join your party at. A story character equipped with 2 Magical Vests and 1 Chakra as the leader with 3 +4 slimes will result in +15 to all elements. Once these conditions are met, level up to 9999 and that should be max stats.
